Mr. Build It TN was started in March 2018 by Eric Andonian. Upon completion of deployment to Afghanistan as a vertical and horizontal construction army engineer, Eric moved his family to Franklin, TN.

With an extensive background in crane and heavy equipment, ironworks, residential and commercial carpentry, plumbing, as well as building management…Eric brings his skill and experience to your home as a sole residential builder.

If only I had known Mr Build It TN prior to my entire home renovation I would have been better off. Fair, extremely helpful and always there… I have never had better expertise and professionalism in this industry.
